hp single drum. Driven by a GE B22 AC electric with disc brake assembly
Mast:
133 feet, 500 kips
net hookload 16 feet wide at base. Mast,
horizontally handled, consists of five pieces and allows the block to
remain with the crown during moves. Racking capacity of up to 16,000 feet
of 31⁄2" drill pipe.
Sub Structure:
Spans 20' to 50' with
full rig loads of 400 kips of hookload and 200
kips of set-back. Drill floor is extended to 30' width with wing sections
carrying manifolds, accumulator, dog house, hydraulic unit, floor tools,
drill line, etc. The V-door
is reversible and all
but one of the wings has a roof for additional storage and easy
winterization. The substructure is of a "controlled discharge” type.
Rig Power:
Three (3) 750 hp
diesel engines, each driving an 850 kva
generator, in a weather-proof enclosure, through a VFD
Control System. AC electric panels are remote from the VFD house and adjacent to the operating equipment to
simplify rig up and maintenance. Power outlets for quarters and deep well
pumps are mounted on the VFD module.
Mud Pumps:
Two (2) 750 input
hp triplex mud pumps each driven by a GE B22 AC electric traction motor.
Unitized on a two lift skid.
